Originally born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Joe spent much of his life in California before relocating to Navarre, Florida, where he now resides with his wife of many years. He is a proud father of three children and grandfather to seven grandchildren. Outside of work, Joe enjoys sailing, traveling, lifelong learning, and spending time with family and friends. He is also actively involved in church and nonprofit leadership.
