Dawn Hoffman

Dawn Hoffman is a mortgage professional based in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with more than 15 years of experience across all aspects of the mortgage industry, including loan origination and processing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, and a Master of Arts from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.

After marrying her husband, a firefighter at Eglin Air Force Base, Dawn relocated to the Fort Walton Beach area in 2005, where she continued building her career in mortgage lending with a strong focus on serving the local military community.

Dawn specializes in VA home financing and also brings extensive experience with construction-to-permanent loan programs. She is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the mortgage process with confidence, providing clear guidance and personalized support from application through closing.

In addition to her professional work, Dawn is deeply committed to community service throughout Okaloosa and Walton Counties. She is an active member of IMPACT 100 and previously served as President of the Board of Directors for Shelter House, a nonprofit organization supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

Dawn and her husband reside in Niceville, Florida, where they enjoy life with their four rescue cats.
