With a strong foundation in real estate and over 16 years of experience in sales and customer service, Cristal Duran brings a well-rounded, client-first approach to mortgage lending. As a licensed Realtor and co-owner of a successful real estate business, Cristal transitioned into the mortgage industry several years ago with one goal in mind: to better serve her community by helping people achieve the dream of homeownership.

Based in Las Cruces, Cristal proudly serves homebuyers across southern and eastern New Mexico as well as West Texas. She specializes in first-time homebuyer programs, one-time close construction loans, and renovation financing — guiding her clients with clear communication and a personalized lending experience every step of the way.

A Las Cruces native with deep ties to her community, Cristal is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is an undergraduate of New Mexico State University (NMSU) in business management.

Outside the office, Cristal enjoys traveling, reading, community service, and watching sports with her husband and children. She actively volunteers with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), supports local youth sports, and donates time to Las Cruces Catholic Schools.
