Carol Zink-Mailloux is a Branch Manager with Waterstone Mortgage based in Concord, New Hampshire, with more than two decades of experience in the mortgage lending industry. Since 2002, she has built a reputation for guiding homebuyers and their real estate partners through a smooth, efficient, and stress-free mortgage process focused on clear communication and exceptional service.

Originally from New Hampshire, Carol holds dual degrees in Liberal Arts from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking with her husband Dave and their children, Sierra and Hale. She also supports Sierra’s jewelry-making ventures and coaches Hale’s soccer team, embracing family life and community involvement.
