Amy Kaufman began her career in the mortgage industry immediately after graduating from college. Starting in an entry-level position, she worked her way into management, spending 12 years with one of the largest mortgage lenders in Minneapolis before relocating with her family to the Fox Valley area of Wisconsin.

After the move, Amy was grateful for the opportunity to spend several years at home raising her children. Once they were in school full time, she returned to the mortgage industry, gaining valuable experience on the operations side of the business.
