Linda Kirkpatrick

Linda is a proud native of the Florida Panhandle, born at Eglin Air Force Base. With deep military roots — both her husband and father served in the United States Air Force — Linda has a lifelong appreciation for the values of service and commitment.

She attended Ruckel Middle School and Niceville High School before moving to Germany with her family, where she graduated from Bitburg High School. Linda continued her education at Northwest Florida State College, focusing on Business Law, and has further honed her expertise through seminars with Fannie Mae in Atlanta and Dallas, as well as the Veterans Administration (VA) in St. Petersburg.

With over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Linda has built an impressive career where she started as a processor and expanded her skills in closing, underwriting, post-closing, as well as managing a local mortgage department. Since 2011, she has been recognized as a top producer in the industry, both locally and nationally.

Linda has a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership. She specializes in VA loans and is highly experienced with FHA and conventional financing. Known for her "old school" hands-on approach, Linda personally guides her clients through every step of the process, offering concierge-level service. Her dedication to building lasting relationships has earned her a loyal following of repeat clients who return to her again and again for their mortgage needs.

Outside of work, Linda lives in Shalimar with her husband Tim and their two beloved fur babies. Her son also resides locally. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Emerald Coast on the back of her husband’s Harley and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
