Linda Kirkpatrick is a highly experienced mortgage professional based in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, with more than 35 years in the mortgage lending industry. Born at Eglin Air Force Base and raised in the Florida Panhandle, Linda has deep military roots — her husband and father both served in the United States Air Force — shaping her lifelong commitment to service, integrity, and community.

She attended schools in Niceville, Florida, and later graduated from Bitburg High School in Germany before continuing her education at Northwest Florida State College, where she studied Business Law. Linda has further developed her expertise through advanced industry training, including seminars with Fannie Mae and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Throughout her extensive career, Linda has gained comprehensive experience across all areas of mortgage lending, including processing, closing, underwriting, post-closing, and department management. Outside of work, Linda lives in Shalimar with her husband Tim and their two dogs. Her son also resides locally. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Emerald Coast on motorcycle rides and traveling whenever possible.
