Our new year is off to an amazing start here at Waterstone Mortgage. The numbers are in… 2019 was a RECORD year for us.
In 2019, we achieved $2.99 billion in loan originations – seriously, we were sooooo close to $3 billion! (Since it was our all-time company record, we’ll chalk it up as a win.)
Most importantly, we closed more than 14,000 units (loans), which means we helped more than 14,000 individuals and families achieve their goal of homeownership in 2019. That’s pretty remarkable!
This was certainly a team effort, and we’re very grateful for our many employees who made this achievement possible. Not only does this success help us to grow and prosper as a company, but it also makes an important and meaningful impact on the families that we serve nationwide.
So, if you are one of our customers, business partners, or employees… thank you! You are the reason we were successful in 2019, and we are thrilled to see what 2020 brings.
