Dawn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia, and her Master of Arts degree from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. Since relocating to Northwest Florida in 2005, she has built a reputation for providing personalized service, clear communication, and expert guidance throughout every stage of the mortgage process.

She has extensive experience helping military families stationed at Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field navigate home financing and is particularly knowledgeable in VA home loans. Dawn also specializes in construction-to-permanent financing and enjoys helping buyers turn their dream home plans into reality. Her passion, however, lies in assisting first-time homebuyers, educating them about their options, and helping them feel confident every step of the way.

Beyond mortgage lending, Dawn is deeply involved in the local community throughout Okaloosa and Walton Counties. She is an active member of IMPACT 100 and previously served as President of the Board of Directors for Shelter House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence.

Dawn resides in Niceville, Florida, and enjoys spending time with her rescue cats and dogs. Her dedication to service, both professionally and personally, reflects her belief that helping others is at the heart of everything she does.
