What is the Blue Diamond Club?
Launched in 2020, the Blue Diamond Club recognizes loan originators who achieve:
- $75+ million in loan volume, or
- 225+ closed units in a single calendar year.
This elite group is awarded lifetime membership, carrying the prestigious Blue Diamond designation throughout their careers at Waterstone Mortgage.
Why "Blue Diamond"?
The name was inspired by the rarity and value of a blue diamond, one of the world’s most precious and rare gems. As we already had a Platinum Level ($30 million or 90 units in a year) and Diamond Level ($40 million or 120 units in a year) within our President’s Club, the Blue Diamond designation was a natural fit for our highest achievers.
