Sean is married to Amanda Wohland and they have 3 children and live in Scottsdale, Arizona. The youngest of his 3 children is adopted. Sean's background makes him unique and was a very successful child actor in Hollywood (IMBD).

Nina Bessette has more than five years of experience in the financial services and mortgage lending industries. Her favorite part of working specifically on mortgages is that each customer and their situation is highly unique. She compares her profession to a fun game of Tetris — all the moving parts need to come together perfectly to make the homebuyer’s dream become a reality.

Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and hospitality management from Northern Arizona University. Outside of work, she keeps very busy as the mom of three boys; she loves spending time playing with her sons, crafting, and baking.

 

Sandy has been helping homeowners obtain mortgage loans since 2001 and has been with the Wohland Mortgage Team since 2018. Sandy's role as a mortgage loan originator on the Wohland Mortgage Team is to work with clients to find the perfect loan for their current needs. She truly enjoys working with and helping each homebuyer. Her 20+ years of experience in the mortgage business include owning and running a mortgage company, managing a loan branch, along with being a producing branch manager. She is very knowledgeable with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA loans. 

Sandy is an avid hiker and runner, but her favorite activity is spending time with her 8 young grandchildren.
