Rylie Schaller is a mortgage loan officer helping homebuyers throughout Wisconsin, particularly in Green Bay and the surrounding Brown County communities. With more than four years of mortgage experience, she guides clients through the financing process with clear communication, dependable support, and an educational approach that helps them make confident decisions.

Through Waterstone Mortgage, Rylie assists first-time and experienced homebuyers with a range of financing options, including conventional, FHA and VA loans, as well as eligible down payment assistance programs. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin.

Deeply connected to the Green Bay community, Rylie supports local food pantries, the New Community Shelter, and Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary. When she isn’t helping clients, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with her husband, Kurt, and their tuxedo cat, Murray.
