Led by ninth-generation New Mexican and experienced mortgage professional John Gabaldon, the Albuquerque-based Gabaldon Team helps homebuyers navigate financing with clarity and confidence. The bilingual team provides support in English and Spanish, with particular experience assisting first-time homebuyers and clients exploring Housing New Mexico/MFA mortgage programs. From pre-approval and document preparation to processing, underwriting, and closing, the team coordinates each stage and helps clients understand what comes next.

John Gabaldon is a ninth-generation New Mexican with more than 15 years of mortgage lending experience. Based in Albuquerque, he is especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers and helping eligible borrowers understand Housing New Mexico/MFA mortgage programs. John and his bilingual team explain the financing process in English or Spanish and help clients identify practical next steps toward homeownership. A University of New Mexico graduate, John is active at Legacy Church and coaches his sons’ baseball teams at Albuquerque Baseball Academy. Outside of work, he values spending time with his family.
