Legend has it that the word “Cole” originated from an old term meaning “loves to serve.” As a Producing Branch Manager, it’s Cole’s mission to provide you with a second-to-none experience by delivering proactive communication, so you don’t have to be reactive. Cole has more than two decades of experience in residential lending, including home purchases, refinances, and cash-out refinances. He holds the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation, blending mortgage planning with financial planning. Most importantly, he and his team put the “FUN” back in “FUNding”!

Karen will carry you from application to closing. As your underwriting team advocate, she doesn’t take “no” for an answer! Karen will provide you with status updates by phone on Tuesdays, email on Fridays, and in between with “insta-text updates” for major milestones. You’ll love working with her!
