Gina is the New Client Coordinator and her job is to assist you with your pre-approval application. When you start your pre-approval, Gina will guide you through the documentation needed for an accurate and complete review, as well as offer concierge services should you have any additional needs throughout the process.

Lauren is the “quarterback” of your loan once you are in contract on your home purchase (or in process on your refinance), and she will be your primary point of contact for all document-related questions and needs. Lauren interfaces directly with our underwriters; she will keep your loan on track to close on time and ensure all loan conditions are satisfied.
