OFFICIAL RULES – FOOTBALL FOR FOOD 2026–2027 CONTEST

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, MORTGAGE APPLICATION, OR REFERRAL OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, mortgage application, or referral will not improve your chances of winning. This promotion is sponsored by Waterstone Mortgage Corporation ("Waterstone Mortgage").

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Football for Food Contest ("Contest") is open to licensed Realtors who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. ENTRY

The Contest will be conducted weekly during the 2026–2027 NFL regular season.

To enter each week's Contest, participants must:

• Complete the weekly Football for Food contest sheet by selecting the team they believe will win each designated NFL game.

• Predict the final score of the designated Monday Night Football game.

• Email the completed contest sheet to Dean Carrier at DCarrier@WaterstoneMortgage.com.

Entries must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time (CT) each Sunday to be eligible for that week's Contest.

Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual during a contest week will be counted as a single entry, with only the first eligible entry received being considered.

By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Waterstone Mortgage Corporation regarding residential mortgage services.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

The Contest begins on September 9, 2026, and concludes on January 10, 2027, corresponding with the 2026–2027 NFL regular season.

Weekly entries will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) each Sunday during the Contest Period.

5. PRIZES

Each weekly Contest will award:

• One (1) $50 restaurant gift card to the eligible participant with the most correct game selections for that week's contest.

• One (1) $5 gift card each to the next two eligible participants with the next two qualifying winning entry, as determined by the Contest scoring criteria.

In the event of a tie in the number of correct game selections, the entrant whose predicted final score for the designated Monday Night Football game is closest to the actual final score will be declared the winner. If a tie still exists after application of the tiebreaker, the winner will be selected by random drawing from among the tied eligible entrants.

Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash except at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation's sole discretion. Waterstone Mortgage Corporation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

6. REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

Potential winners may be contacted on or about the Monday following each weekly Contest.

Except where prohibited by law, potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return any required documentation within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Waterstone Mortgage Corporation to use the winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized holder of the email account used to submit the entry will be deemed the entrant.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Waterstone Mortgage Corporation from any claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize, including but not limited to technical failures, lost or delayed email submissions, unauthorized intervention, printing errors, or errors in Contest administration.

Waterstone Mortgage Corporation's liability shall be limited to the cost of entering the Contest, and entrants waive any claim to punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, as well as attorneys' fees.

9. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the State of Wisconsin.

These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. CONTEST RESULTS

To request the name of a weekly winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within fifteen (15) days following the applicable weekly Contest to:
