Zeke Waterman

Zeke Waterman has more than seven years of experience in mortgage lending. Zeke started his career working with the nation’s top VA lender, where he had the gratifying experience of helping veterans get into homes. His background working on the operational side of the industry has given Zeke a thorough knowledge of products, guidelines, & experience working from preapproval through closing. He specifically loves working with first-time homebuyers & helping them reach the dream of homeownership.

Zeke holds degrees in English & History from the University of Missouri, but now mainly does math for a living as a loan originator & operations manager. He’s an animal lover, avid sports fan (go Chiefs!) & loves everything about the Florida beach life. He and his wife moved to Ormond by the Sea to start their family and avoid Midwestern winters forever. His family includes his infant son (who recently had his first successful beach trip), spoiled dog, incredible wife, and as many cats as she wants to bring home.
