Valdemar Sanchez

With more than five years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, Valdemar Sanchez is an expert when it comes to finding specific loan programs that suit the needs of each unique homebuyer. He has a thorough understanding of mortgage guidelines and offers a wealth of information for his clients.

Through Waterstone Mortgage, Valdemar provides mortgage financing in 48 states. He specializes in helping foreign nationals, and many of his clients are in the country on work permits. In addition, he is very familiar with down payment assistance programs, which many of his clients use in their homebuying journeys. Valdemar is also bilingual and works often with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking homebuyers.

Valdemar’s favorite part of being a loan originator is serving as an educator to his clients. He ensures that they have the resources they need to make informed decisions — so they are empowered to make the best choices regarding their mortgage and overall financial future.

As a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Valdemar earned his bachelor’s degree in microbiology. In his free time, he is an avid soccer player, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, and piano player.
