Renee joined the Mike Smalley Mortgage Team in October 2008. In her role as Team Captain, she is responsible for meeting with clients at loan application and coordinating to ensure all necessary documentation is collected. Renee is a point of contact for all parties involved to make the loan process go smoothly and any challenges that may arise are resolved in a timely manner. She prides herself on paying attention to important details while providing a very personable experience to clients. Her hobbies include crafting, reading, attending local community events and theme parks, while spending time with her daughter, Ava Grace.

Tammie joined the Mike Smalley Mortgage Team in July 2015. With experience as a Loan Processor, she began as a Loan Partner II and paved the way to create the Loan Partner III position. As a Loan Partner III Tammie is responsible for managing the communication between clients and the underwriting department. She is the point of contact during the loan process. Her main goal is to handle our clients' files with excellent customer service and care to provide a smooth loan transaction. Tammie’s hobbies include spending time at the beach with her family and staying active in the local community.

Amie joined the Mike Smalley Mortgage Team in April 2019. In her role as Loan Partner III, her main responsibilities include managing the communication between clients and the underwriting department. Amie is the main point of contact during the loan process and requests any additional loan documentation required for loan approval. Her main goal is to handle client’s files with care and to provide a smooth loan transaction with the best customer service possible. Amie loves helping people and finds assisting first-time homebuyers is her most rewarding experience. She brings with her 3 years of mortgage experience with a real estate law background. Amie’s hobbies include crocheting, attending Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, swimming at the beach, spending time with her daughter, Ashlynn, and going on walks with their dog, Elsa.

Jenni joined the Mike Smalley Mortgage Team in August 2014. In her role as Loan Partner I, she is responsible for providing excellent customer service while answering and routing all initial phone calls to fellow team members. Jenni is also responsible for scheduling and confirming meetings, consultations, and Realtor events for the Mike Smalley Mortgage Team. She is also actively involved in coordinating client and Realtor appreciation events. Jenni has been in customer service since 2002 and believes in service with a smile. Jenni's hobbies include spending time with her two children while enjoying swimming, visiting water parks, beaches, and reading.

Liz has been in customer service for many years and believes in giving each one the care and concern they deserve. Liz enjoys the beach, reading, some crafting, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Ricardo joined the Mike Smalley Team in May 2021. In his role as a Loan Partner, he is responsible for providing excellent customer service while answering and routing all initial phone calls to fellow team members. Ricardo also schedules and confirms meetings, as well as assists clients with their initial pre-qualification. Ricardo has over a decade of customer service experience and believes in providing the best service with a smile. Ricardo went to a private Peruvian American Institute to learn English as a second language at age 14, then moved to the USA at 18. He also went to school at Seminole State College to get his Associates Degree in Arts. He loves to karaoke and swim during his free time.
