Juergen Angermaier has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage lending and financial services industries. As a mortgage originator, he enjoys getting to know his homebuyers and understanding their unique needs, preference, and situations. Juergen enjoys educating and empowering his clients to make the best homebuying decisions for their financial future.

Through Waterstone Mortgage, Juergen has the ability to lend in 48 states; and he primarily serves homebuyers in Texas and New Mexico. He offers a variety of home loan solutions, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans, as well as down payment assistance (DPA) programs.

Juergen’s favorite parts of working in mortgage lending are gaining the trust and earning the privilege to help his client purchase or refinance their homes, and the gratitude and positive feedback from his customers — especially those who are achieving their homeownership goals for the first time. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso.
