Jason Cook is a knowledgeable mortgage professional with a proven track record of success. Jason has a thorough understanding of what it takes to close loans and will fight to secure the best deal for his clients. Here at Waterstone Mortgage, Jason develops and manages relationships with both Realtors and loan originators in the Ocean City, Maryland, Delaware and surrounding area markets while also taking care of his clients' needs. He is an affiliate member of the Coastal Association of Realtors and Ocean Pines Chamber of Commerce in addition to the Sussex County Association of Realtors and Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.

Jason graduated with honors from York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Behavioral Sciences and an emphasis on Therapeutic Recreation. He also captained his school's cross country and track teams. Currently, Jason lives in Berlin, Maryland with his wife, Dawn, and two sons, Wyatt and Landon.
