Dan Morse

Dan has been in the financial services industry since 1988. During that time, he has helped thousands of families realize the American dream of home ownership through the loan officers he leads and his own personal consultations. “I like to ask a lot of questions of my clients so that I’m able to show them options that will benefit them the most,” says Dan. By listening carefully to their story and customizing advice for the client’s needs, Dan has been able to build trust and referrals.

Dan has an Executive MBA from Arizona State (’99) and has facilitated Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. His team consistently receives world class customer satisfaction scores over 90%. “A mortgage is one of the biggest purchases a person makes in their lifetime. It is important that we educate and communicate well throughout the process to have the best experience possible.”

Dan has been married to his wife, Kim, for over 25 years. He has four grown children: Stephen, Dylan, Grace, and Hannah. He enjoys the outdoors and spends time hiking, kayaking, and golfing.

Dan is a board member of the Christian Care Foundation, which supports housing and services for the aging community. He also volunteers organizing Leadership Round Tables locally to facilitate leadership growth and communication in the community.
