During her career at Waterstone Mortgage, Traci has facilitated employee training, process improvement, and new vendor relationships across the organization. Her deep understanding of mortgage origination allows her to contribute and be a source of guidance at all levels of the organization. Currently, as our SVP – Capital Markets, Traci oversees the Capital Markets and Lock Desk teams.
