This is one of our favorite announcements to make, because it’s a direct reflection of the amazing team members we have!
Based on a survey completed by our southeastern Wisconsin employees (near our Home Office), we have been named one of the “Top Workplaces” by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel!
This marks our sixth year receiving this prestigious award. We are honored, to say the least!
The Top Workplaces award is given to southeastern Wisconsin-based companies based on employee feedback. Our local team members were asked questions about our organization’s compensation and benefits, their confidence in our leadership team, company culture, employee engagement, and much more.
The companies that are selected for this award are grouped by size: small (50 to 149 employees), midsize (150-499 employees), and large (500 or more employees). This year, we are honored as one of the top small employers, ranking #37 of 85 companies!
Obviously, we could never achieve this recognition without our talented team members, who put their colleagues and our customers first every day. We can honestly say we have some of the most knowledgeable, respectful, motivating, and positive team members in the industry.
