FAQ: Where should I send my mortgage payment?

Answer:
Included in your closing documents is a First Payment Letter. Please include the payment coupon with your check made payable to Waterstone Mortgage Corp. and mail to:

FAQ: Can I make my mortgage payment online or by phone?

Answer:
Waterstone Mortgage Corp. accepts checks and money orders but is unable to process online and phone payments. Your mortgage loan servicer will advise you of all the payment options available to you once they begin servicing your loan. We will notify you of the transfer which is typically within the first 60 days after closing.

FAQ: Did you receive my mortgage payment?

Answer:
Please call Customer Service at (800) 354-1149 to confirm receipt of your mortgage payment.

FAQ: Where can I obtain a copy of signed documents from my loan closing?

Answer:
Copies of the documents you signed at closing should have been provided by your Closing agent. If you have questions about your closing or to obtain a signed copy of a document, please contact your loan originator.

FAQ: When should I expect my escrow refund from my previous lender?

Answer:
Escrow refunds should be distributed within 30 days from the date of the loan payoff. Additional questions regarding escrow refunds should be directed to your previous loan servicer.
